Conservative restoration of a historic milanese residence

The subject of the project is a prestigious heritage-listed real estate complex located in the historic center of Milan, whose origins date back to the second half of the 15th century.

Its main complexity stems from a dual nature: the original Renaissance structures coexist with a profound eclectic and decorative reinterpretation carried out by a renowned architect in the early decades of the 20th century.

Following a change of ownership, the complex was closed for a major conservative restoration and technological upgrading project, managed under strict confidentiality.

The project aims to transform the property into a high-end luxury residence.
