We are seeking an ideal candidate with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural or Buildings), with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the design and project coordination of complex buildings. The role entails being the Head of General Design for complex interventions, capable of managing both principal and detailed aspects of the project, leading specialists (Technical Architecture, Structures, Installations, Urbanizations, Subservices, etc.), and incorporating their contributions. All support functions are already present within the project teams (Designers, BIM, drafting, Quantities Surveyors, etc.). We are looking for an individual capable of vision and synthesis, with the will and ability to address the project holistically.

The role also includes Quality Assurance and Quality Control (and possible Site Management), following the same principles outlined above. The candidate will report to a Senior Designer and/or Senior Project Manager for various projects.

A hands-on training path is provided within various important ongoing or upcoming projects, under the guidance of experienced Professionals.

Fluent written and spoken English is essential for this role, and knowledge of additional languages (French, German) is advantageous. Short-term travel availability for meetings/inspections related to overseas projects is required.

- generation/management of structural models (r.c. / stee/ wood/ …)

- interdisciplinary coordination (architecture / MEP / facilities /…)

- BIM enhancements management (families / wbs / clash / ...)

- creation/management of drawings (general arrangements and detailed)

Teamworking on major projects both in Italy and abroad.

3+ years of experience, knowledge of other authoring software – Tekla, Allplan – and parametric design tools are welcome.

UNI 11337-7 certificate appreciated
