ANDREA RIVA

Andrea is a building engineer with an international mixed background in engineering and architecture. Graduated in building engineering at the Politecnico of Milan in 2019, after several years abroad between the United States of America, Germany and Switzerland, he has collaborated with Redesco as a freelancer since 2024. Over the years Andrea’s interests focused on structural design and modeling of complex buildings with particular interest in the parametric approach, lightweight structural design and the design of glass structures. At Redesco, Andrea is responsible for BIM modeling, coordination and parameterization of information models, implementing where required novel computational approaches for structural and geometrical optimization.
